This is a new show on the podcast and we have some new co-hosts as well. Joining the podcast is Jeff Shaver, aka Goofy Stories and his wife Hannah is also joining in on this episode.. we’ll see if she wants to be a regular. This new show, we call Concilium (con-sil-lee-um), which basically means “a meeting” or “a council” and in these shows, we meet to discuss one, maybe more if needed, topics that is currently happening in the Disney universe.
If you’ve been following us, then you know we will no longer be doing the news on the podcast and wanted to have more time to discuss things in depth, and with these shows, this is how we will be doing that.
We consider these as there own show as we don’t do what the original shows does, where we have interviews and games, because of that, they will have the a different episode numbering with a “C” and show number at the end, and the original show will have IV for interview at the en; as we didn’t want to make things to confusing.
In this episode, we discuss the wokeness that is the new Snow White movie, but while we are critical of it and the way Disney has handled things surrounding woke and cancel culture, we still want them to succeed. And we’ll discuss some alternative ways they could and should do with continuing to remake past IPs.
